SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
During high-volume periods, promotional sales, or holidays, processing may take additional time. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Orders are shipped from the United States through UPS or USPS. Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery routes and estimated delivery times are managed by the carrier.
Shop Ultra US is not responsible for packages after they leave our facility. Shipping charges are non-refundable in cases involving delivery delays, incorrect addresses, or orders that qualify for free shipping.
Shipping Within the USA
Shipping cost: Free.
Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days.
Delivery estimates exclude weekends and federally observed holidays.
International Shipping
We ship internationally from the United States. International shipping charges are based on the order value:

Standard international shipping: Up to 14 business days under normal conditions.
Express international shipping: Up to 5 business days under normal conditions.
International shipments may be delayed due to customs inspections or other import procedures. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply, and these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
We do not cover customs duties or related import fees.

Belarus.
India.
Iraq.
Russia.
Tanzania.
Tristan da Cunha.
Turkmenistan.
Yemen.
Returned or Refused Packages
No refund will be issued if a package is:
Refused by the recipient.
Abandoned.
Returned to the sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
Returned because applicable customs duties, taxes, or other fees were not paid.
Please carefully verify your shipping information before completing your order.
Ingredient Restrictions
Import regulations vary by country. Certain ingredients, including melatonin and yohimbine, may be restricted or prohibited in some locations.
We strongly recommend contacting your local customs authority before placing an international order to confirm whether the products are permitted.
If an order is seized by customs, a refund will be considered only if all products are returned to our warehouse in their original condition. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
