Subscription Programs

Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next scheduled processing date to prevent the next renewal charge. A cancellation will not normally reverse an order that has already entered processing.

Introductory or Discounted Subscription Pricing

If a discounted subscription price is offered and the subscription is canceled before the second order is processed, the first order may be repriced at the applicable standard one-time purchase price. Any difference may be charged to the original payment method, if this condition was disclosed during checkout.

Subscription terms, renewal frequency, pricing, and cancellation instructions must be reviewed before enrollment.

Returns and Refunds
