This guarantee applies to opened or used products.
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return (including 3-month and 6-month supplies).
Each item is eligible for a one-time full refund.
To qualify, the product bottle must be returned, even if it is empty.
This guarantee is valid once per product, per household (the same product cannot be returned twice).
Customers are limited to 2 total returns per calendar year (including both guarantee and standard returns).
Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any eligible refund.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.
