SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
Orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders placed during high-volume seasons, sales, or holidays may require additional processing time.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
We ship worldwide using UPS or USPS.
Once a package is handed over to the carrier, delivery routes and timelines are managed by the carrier. We are not responsible for packages once they have left our facility.
Shipping costs are non-refundable in cases of delays, incorrect addresses, or free shipping orders.
If a package is refused, abandoned, or returned to sender due to an invalid address or unpaid fees, no refund will be issued.

Standard delivery time: 7–10 business days, excluding weekends and federally observed holidays
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to international locations from the United States.
Orders under $100 → $24.99 shipping
Orders between $100 – $199 → $14.99 shipping
Orders over $199 → Free shipping
Standard shipping may take up to 14 business days under normal conditions.
Express shipping may take up to 5 business days under normal conditions.
International orders may experience delays due to customs procedures.
Packages shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
We are not responsible for covering customs and duties charges.
We currently do not ship to the following countries:
Afghanistan, Belarus, India, Iraq, Russia, Tanzania, Tristan da Cunha, Turkmenistan, Yemen
ORDERS RETURNED TO SENDER
If a package is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid fees or incorrect address details, no refund will be issued.
INGREDIENT RESTRICTIONS
Each country has different import regulations regarding ingredients.
Certain ingredients (such as Melatonin or Yohimbine) may not be allowed in your country.
We strongly recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.
If your order is seized by customs, no refund will be issued unless all products are returned to our warehouse in original condition (excluding shipping fees).
