Order Issues

Marked Delivered: Please allow up to 3 additional business days and check with neighbors or your local carrier.

Damaged Order: Contact us with photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Order Cancellation: Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Pricing: We will honor the price paid at checkout. Price changes after purchase do not apply to completed orders.
